30 Day Happiness Guarantee & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Magnetic Craft purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For the avoidance of doubt, items that have been assembled, played with, tested, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a change of mind return.
Products returned with missing pieces, missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of use may not qualify for a full refund. Any refund offered will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item and its ability to be resold.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your package.
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To assist with the assessment, we may request photographs, videos, or additional information.
Where necessary, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit.
Once the issue has been assessed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Excessive or Unreasonable Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns where we reasonably believe this Returns Policy is being misused, including repeated purchases and returns of similar products or returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
International Consumer Rights
Customers may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of their country or region.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides statutory cancellation rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by applicable law.
Where applicable, eligible products may be cancelled or returned within the legally required cooling off period.
Please note that certain products, including opened cosmetic and personal care products, may be excluded from cancellation rights for hygiene and safety reasons where permitted by applicable law.
